Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays & government holidays in the state of Karnataka) for baby onesies, t-shirts & cards; The product will then be shipped & delivered within 5-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that due to pandemic conditions, weather conditions & government restrictions, there may be slight delays in delivery timelines in effected regions due to unforeseen circumstances. Once your order is shipped, you will receive updates via email/sms from our delivery partner regarding shipping timelines.

Shipment confirmation, Order tracking & Delivery OTP
Once your order is confirmed & shipped you will receive updates from our delivery partner on your registered email/phone number with a tracking link to track the status of your order.
Delivery OTP: In most cases, depending on the delivery partner, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile to confirm that the order has been delivered, this is to be shared with the delivery agent once the parcel has been handed over. Please note that it is crucial that the correct contact number is provided, if not - delivery authentication using OTP will fail & the order will need to be re-shipped to you. While we will arrange for re-shipping at no additional cost, please note that re-shipping can take between 10-17 days additionally (order can not be cancelled once processed & dispatched).
Shipping rates
We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 999, for orders below this cart value a flat shipping rate of Rs. 99 is applicable.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Wheresthebaby.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). (Applicable for International Orders)
Damages
Wheresthebaby.shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
